Sindh (10bmnews latest news) Sindh Excise and Taxation Department has introduced modern vehicle registration system. According to details in this regard Provincial Minister Mukesh Chawla has said that a security featured MVR smart card has been issued for the registration of vehicles which will enable the owners to get a smart card instead of the old registration book. The provincial minister said the cards would help eliminate fake registration books and make it easier for law enforcement agencies to determine vehicle ownership
